Welcome to Bobblevisions. We craft every bobblehead by hand, so shipping times are a little longer than standard gifts — but we think the quality and craftsmanship are worth the wait. Here’s everything you should know about how we handle shipping.

Estimated delivery = Processing + Shipping

1.1 Processing Time(custom-made)

Standard Orders: 10–14 business days
Priority Orders: 5–7 business days- $9.90
Rush Orders (No Proofing): 3 business days- $19.90

1.2 Shipping Transit Times(after production)

We use trusted carriers to deliver your custom bobblehead worldwide. Shipping transit time begins once your item has left our studio.

Each individual bobblehead is about 0.5 kg.

Weight varies by size, quantity, and accessories.

Multi orders will calculate combine weight at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size of your order. You can review exact shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

1.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your bobblehead has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking code — or if it doesn’t update — feel free to reach out to us at service@bobblevisions.com.

1.5 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

If your order ships internationally, you (the customer) may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or other fees once the package reaches your country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for help with these costs — but don’t worry, we make every effort to keep declared values as accurate as possible.

1.6 Delayed or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is delayed or doesn’t arrive:

Check your tracking information first to confirm the status.
If the tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If your package is delayed in transit, contact us — we will help coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve it.

1.7 Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order:

Include apartment or suite numbers
Include postal / ZIP codes
Make sure names are spelled correctly

We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

1.8 Cancellations & Changes

Before Production: You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t gone to production.
After Production Begins (post-approval): Cancellations, refunds, or store credits are no longer available due to the custom nature of the product.

1.9 Returns, Revisions & Approval

Because each bobblehead is fully custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has been completed.

Approval Process

A preview of the head, hairstyle, and body will be sent via email for customer approval before final production.
We offer unlimited revisions during the preview/approval stage.
If no response is received within 24 hours, the preview will be considered approved and production will proceed.

After Production

- Once the bobblehead has been completed based on the approved preview, it cannot be refunded due to subjective preferences (e.g., “not similar enough,” “not what I imagined”).
- If revision is requested after delivery, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense for evaluation.
- Alternatively, a replacement head may be produced at additional cost (if applicable).
If your bobblehead arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days after delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair or replace it.
