Thank you for choosing Bobblevisions. Every bobblehead we create is handcrafted from scratch, made uniquely for you based on your photos and instructions. Because of this personalized process, our return and refund rules differ from traditional retail stores.
Please read the policy below to understand how we ensure you receive a piece you truly love.
Custom Products — No Standard Returns
All bobbleheads and custom figurines made by Bobblevisions are 100% personalized, which means:

We do not accept returns of completed custom products.

We cannot restock or resell custom items.

Every piece is made specifically for the customer who ordered it.
However, we are committed to making sure you’re happy with the final product.
Unlimited Revisions Before Final Approval
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer:

A preview of the head, hairstyle, and body will be sent via email for customer approval before final production.

We offer unlimited revisions during the preview/approval stage.If you request changes, the clock resets once you give final approval.

If no response is received within 24 hours, the preview will be considered approved and production will proceed.
Once you approve the final proof, production and painting begin. After this stage, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Once the bobblehead has been completed based on the approved preview, it cannot be refunded due to subjective preferences (e.g., “not similar enough,” “not what I imagined”).

If revision is requested after delivery, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense for evaluation.

Alternatively, a replacement head may be produced at additional cost (if applicable).
Order Cancellation
Production begins after the final sculpting proof is approved by the customer. You may cancel an order only if production has not begun.

If sculpting has not started: Full refund

If sculpting has begun but no approval given yet: Partial refund (covers artist labor)

After final approval: Cancellations are no longer possible

Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom piece arrives damaged, we will fix it.
Please notify us within 3 business days after delivery.

A brief description of the issue
We will offer one of the following:

A free repair

A replacement
-
Or another suitable solution based on the situation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost in transit:

We will work directly with the carrier, and
-
If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds, when applicable under the rules above, will be processed back to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
